What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role in large-scale cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in Ansible for infrastructure automation.
  • Ruby programming and testing frameworks like RSpec are required.
  • Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI, are crucial.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and debugging in complex distributed systems is necessary.
  • Experience managing and optimizing fleets of thousands of machines is required.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams are essential.
  • Passion for automation, scalability, and infrastructure as code is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or similar) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and high availability strategies is desirable.
