About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering student to join our team as a co-op or internship opportunity. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work on meaningful and challenging projects, collaborating with industry-leading professionals and developing the skills you need to build a successful career.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering and be available to begin work in May 2025. We value transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary depending on business unit placement, but may include:

  • Running weekly meetings and maintaining action logs and risk managers
  • Supporting the design and engineering of upstream oil and gas facilities
  • Supporting instrumentation, including establishing networks, IP addresses, hardware setup, and data analysis
  • Triage and define MOC Scopes and support development of smart processes for large volume engineering investigations and MOCs
Who You Are

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application
  • Available to begin work in May 2025

We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education.

Education

We are looking for students who are enrolled in an Electrical Engineering undergraduate program at an accredited post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies after the work term. Candidates currently enrolled in a Masters or Ph.D. program may also be considered.

Working Conditions

May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc.
