Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team at ABL Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for notifying debtors of overdue accounts and payments, storing, updating, and retrieving financial data, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments via phone, email, or mail
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
  • Perform general office duties as required
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The work language is bilingual.
