About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity for an academic professional to contribute to our undergraduate and graduate programs while conducting cutting-edge research.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of excellence in university teaching and research or evidence of the potential to develop such a record. They must be able to teach introductory and upper-level courses on Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the undergraduate and graduate level and have research interests in the Marketing area.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a Business Schools Association of Canada (BSAC) accredited faculty would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on Marketing and Consumer Behaviour
  • Conducting research in the area of Marketing
  • Developing curriculum and assessing student performance
  • Mentoring students and contributing to departmental service
