Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Southern Health-Santé Sud. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative interdisciplinary environment that supports quality services and staff empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to clients/residents/patients in accordance with the nursing process and Southern Health-Santé Sud policies.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and quality care.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and maintain competency congruent with Southern Health-Santé Sud policies and professional standards of practice.

Requirements:
• Current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of professional standards of practice, competency profile for licensed practical nurses in Manitoba, and code of ethics.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative interdisciplinary environment that supports quality services, quality improvement, and staff empowerment.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to meet the demands of the position.
