About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Highlight Motor Freight Inc. as a key member of our senior leadership team. This is a critical role that will play a vital part in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to drive business transformation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player.
