We are seeking a Senior Network and Technology Operations Specialist to join our Global Technical Operations team. This individual will design, build, and maintain tooling and automation with code to improve the quality of our Global Technical Operations team.

This role requires working closely with other teams, including customer-facing teams, internal product, and R&D teams to identify issues and drive solutions for reported or escalated issues. The successful candidate will work on complex issues with software, virtual, and hardware installations as part of a solutions team or as an individual assigned to triaged issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects, incidents, tasks, and initiatives and own the technical outcome
  • Represent Global Technical Operations to key stakeholders
  • Design and implement automation for GTO
  • Investigate fleet-wide issues and create action plans
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product on critical or time-sensitive issues and drive resolutions for high-impact issues for customers
  • Work with customers to solve technical issues

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience in a networking and development background, advanced development or scripting experience with Python, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving technical challenges.
