As an SEO Manager at Promote Project, you'll design and execute impactful programs to bring our SEO strategy to life. You'll collaborate with content marketing, web strategy, product teams, and agency partners to push SEO forward.

Your responsibilities will include reporting on SEO KPIs, informing how we report on SEO programs, tying efforts back to revenue, and communicating results to leadership and stakeholders.

You'll also ensure projects are delivered on time, achieve desired results, and be comfortable experimenting with new tactics, owning learnings, and educating the marketing team on successes and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder buy-in and accountability for deliverables.
  • A deep understanding of technical SEO, pagespeed, link building, on-page SEO, and site architecture, preferably gained in-house or in an agency.
  • Ability to digest ambiguous data, ask questions, communicate insights, and take action.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools like SEMRush, AHREFS, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
  • Willingsness to receive feedback and ambition to improve.
  • Team player with leadership and support roles, driving projects and providing SEO expertise.
