The Mason Group Inc is a leading provider of internal audit services, and we are seeking an experienced Internal IT Auditing Specialist to join our team. As an Internal IT Auditing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing IT audits, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will also work closely with the management team to implement audit findings and ensure continuous improvement of the company's system of internal controls.
The ideal candidate will have a CPA or CIA designation, 5+ years of experience with internal IT audits, and extensive knowledge of IT control objectives and compliance frameworks/standards (COBIT, NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), ISO 27001/2, ISO 27031, PCI DSS, etc.). They will also be familiar with computer systems and cloud environments, auditing widely used servers, platform, database, and endpoint technologies, and have up-to-date technical expertise in IT audit principles and practices.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also have a strong understanding of business operations, policies, procedures, governance practices, and regulatory obligations related to business/IT operational systems.
This is a challenging role that requires a self-starter who can manage an end-to-end audit from planning, execution to writing and presenting the final report. If you are a solution-oriented team player with a passion for IT audit, we encourage you to apply.
