Job Title: Counselor/Part Time

Ottawa Foyers Partage is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing permanent housing and programming for individuals with multiple disabilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Counselor/Part Time. The successful candidate will possess a diploma or degree in a Human Services field or relevant experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to physically disabled individuals
  • Administer medication as required
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a Human Services field or relevant experience
  • Clear Police Records Check for Vulnerable Sector
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification
  • English language proficiency
  • Able to lift and perform physical restraints
  • Valid Ontario's Driver's license and ability to be insured
Work Schedule:

On-Call/Relief positions are available for days, evenings, and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends.
