Job Title: Truck Driver - Goods Transportation
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at N&M DHALIWAL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
- AZ class license
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The job requires attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks.
