About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our crew optimization services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the complex needs of our commercial aviation customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing crew bidding functionality, a critical component of an airline's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software solutions in C++ for a Linux environment, including Perl, CGI, and MySql.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Design, develop, unit test, and profile software libraries and service components.
  • Collaborate with a small team to deliver new features and fix defects.
  • Enhance the overall quality and maintainability of the code across our development teams.
Requirements
  • At least five years of professional experience in software development.
  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, launching, and maintaining highly available systems with complex and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
