Pharmacist Job Description

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers and communities achieve healthier lifestyles by delivering quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  • Maintain inventory within the pharmacy and ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
  • Offer private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
  • Provide clinical services, including medication management and health screening.
Requirements:
  • A Canadian Pharmacist licence and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
  • The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.

Compensation Details: $53.00 - $56.00. Compensation will be based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
