  • Cut poultry into parts to meet customer requirements.
  • Sell meats to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Grind meats to create value-added products.
  • Slice cooked meats to enhance presentation and appeal.
  • Create visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer expectations.
  • Packages special orders efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
