Information Systems Manager

CANADIAN BASE OPERATORS INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at the 4th Canadian Division Training Centre in Meaford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Information Services staff and implementing and administering our contract to achieve exceptional performance in all assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and administration of our contract to achieve required performance standards, objectives, and financial targets.
- Effectively implement and maintain our Administrative, Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems.
- Manage the performance of all staff to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with our Site Management staff to develop plans and budgets, monitor performance, and resolve problems.
- Comply with applicable DND policies and directives, and liaise with DND technical authorities as required.
- Represent our company and communicate with client staff and the Contract Management Team.

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Information System Manager
Proficient knowledge and understanding of:
- Contract management
- Business operations processes
- Organization and time management
- Technical skills required to support and use current equipment and systems
- Operations, maintenance, and repair of Unclassified equipment and systems
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (English)
Proficient user of:
- MS Office (Office 365 suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Teams)
- Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Operating Systems Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server 2012-2019
*Must be able to achieve and maintain a Government of Canada Security Clearance*
