About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to customers in our retail stores
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices and plans to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and services offered by Bell Canada
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English and French (for Quebec-based positions)
