Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Wedding Stylist to join our team at David's Bridal. As a Wedding Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and helping them find their perfect wedding gown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued, respected, and supported throughout their wedding dress shopping experience.
• Wedding Gown Selection: Assist clients in selecting their dream wedding gown, taking into account their style, preferences, and body type.
• Alterations and Fittings: Coordinate alterations and fittings for clients, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process.
• Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting merchandise, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other stylists, managers, and support staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Having 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computerized POS systems is essential.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store as needed.

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
