Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of 3-4 people to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Review and approve job proofs and samples to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
