Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Roadway Auto & Sport Inc. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including mechanical and electrical systems
  • Inspect and test automotive systems and components to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive service industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
