Responsibilities- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being and overall growth.
- Organize and lead activities such as games and outings for children, ensuring their physical and mental stimulation.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary needs and restrictions.
- Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, meals, and any notable events.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform light housekeeping and childcare duties.
The successful candidate will work in the employer's home, providing childcare services to families in a safe and healthy environment.
LanguageThe primary language of communication will be English.
Hours of WorkThe successful candidate will work 35-37 hours per week.
