Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, dusting, and performing other general maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems.
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from the store.
