We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer, Land Development to join our team at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited. As a key member of our Land Development team, you will be responsible for all facets of land development engineering, including preliminary servicing studies, detailed design of site servicing, site grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility engineering, construction-related services, contract administration, and client contact.
Key Responsibilities- Preliminary servicing studies and detailed design of site servicing
- Site grading and drainage
- Stormwater management and utility engineering
- Construction-related services and contract administration
- Client contact and communication
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (within the province of Ontario)
- Experience with the design of servicing & grading and/or stormwater management for land development projects
- Superior English communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven capabilities in writing reports and other technical documents
- Working with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Ability to work independently and in an interactive team atmosphere
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, project team members, and clients
