Key Responsibilities- Pharmacy Operations: Manage the pharmacy's workflow, inventory, and patient records to ensure efficient and accurate dispensing of medications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and offer guidance on prescription medications and over-the-counter products.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of pharmacy inventory, including medications, supplies, and equipment.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in pharmacy software and systems.
