Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Leader to join our team of passionate and dedicated professionals. As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and driving epic Canadian road trips, delivering an unforgettable experience that encompasses camping in our national parks, exploring cities big and small, and bonding with a group of young people from around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and guide groups of up to 15 passengers on Canadian road trips
  • Manage group dynamics, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to the needs and concerns of our travelers
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our travelers, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver engaging and informative content
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Valid Class 4 driver's license for AB and BC
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for travel, adventure, and making a positive impact on the world
