Job Summary

New Broadway Foods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balance of books and provide financial reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
