About the Role:As a Co-op/Intern, you will work within a multi-site Agile Test Automation team to design and develop automation infrastructure and tool enhancements. You will have the opportunity to develop Linux and Windows applications using Python, VueJS, and ElectronJS, as well as develop an object-oriented library using Python and Selenium to interface with optical equipment under test.
You will also have the chance to work on big data analysis and visualization use cases within Splunk, which may include the application of AI/ML. Our team is passionate about innovation and technology leadership, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop automation infrastructure and tool enhancements
- Develop Linux and Windows applications using Python, VueJS, and ElectronJS
- Develop an object-oriented library using Python and Selenium to interface with optical equipment under test
- Work on big data analysis and visualization use cases within Splunk, including the application of AI/ML
- Currently a candidate for a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada
- Experience with data ingestion into a tool such as Splunk or Elastic
- Strong understanding of Python, VueJS, and ElectronJS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a global team
- Competitive salary range: $34,480 to $84,480 CAD per year
