Handyman/Woman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to hotel facilities, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our resort.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Make contact with tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Conduct safety and security checks.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling capacity.
