Responsibilities- Develop and refine GenAI design solutions for our portfolio products
- Work closely with Product and Engineering partners
- Collaborate and product ownership is essential
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and business executives internally and externally
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience working with enterprise design systems
- Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- 8+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role
- Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Bachelor's degree in design / human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent years of experience
- Professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent
- Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design

The base salary for this position ranges from $90,500/year up to $151,100/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
