Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Systems Design Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the long-term direction of our systems design, ensuring alignment with our overall game vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive systems design strategy that aligns with our game vision and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative systems that enhance player engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our game development process, ensuring it is efficient, effective, and aligned with our company values.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
- At least one shipped title in a design leadership role.
- Experience leading complex product and team environments.
- Understanding of best practices for creating an inclusive work environment.
- Live Service experience in a design leadership role.
- Several years of games industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping a F2Play game in a creative leadership role.
- Lead a team across multiple time-zones.
