Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Tradesperson to join our team at Purolator. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, testing, and repairing material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of Parcel Sortation Systems and associated components.
  • Provide accurate and timely written reports of safety, operational, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct non-structural welding work as required.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Licensed Industrial Millwright Certificate (433A) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in maintaining material handling equipment or industrial machinery.
  • Proven mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
