Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Floral Artisan Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements, selecting high-quality flowers and decorative accessories, selling products on a retail basis, and supervising apprentices or other artisans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements that meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Sell products on a retail basis, including flowers, plants, and decorative accessories, to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices or other artisans to ensure they are meeting the high standards of our company.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for flowers and floral design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary education in horticulture, floristry, or a related field would be an asset.
