Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ONTARIO INC. O/A Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
