About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Poultry Production Associate to join our team at Colonial Farms Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe processing of poultry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Handling: Safely transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the production facility.
  • Packing and Packaging: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging.
  • Machine Operation: Feed and unload processing machines, and assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, and report any issues to the production team.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a clean and safe production environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, odors, and physical demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
