Job Title: Data Analyst

Join Aurora Cannabis Inc. as a Data Analyst and contribute to the success of our global cannabis company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, collaborating with team members to interpret findings, and presenting recommendations for data-driven business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of cannabis consumers motivated by medical needs.
  • Analyze large datasets using statistical analysis tools such as Python and R.
  • Generate reports and visualizations with Excel and Power BI.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to understand patient behavior patterns.
  • Perform churn analysis and develop predictive models for customer retention using machine learning techniques.
  • Analyze patient feedback and sentiment data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, using data storytelling techniques to drive decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance/Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • ~2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • ~ Proven track record of using data analysis to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • ~ Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • ~ Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
  • ~ Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R.
  • ~ Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
