Marketing and Proposal Specialist Role

We are a multi-disciplinary collaborative of architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and landscape architects who design for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop improved processes, systems and templates for the full pipeline, working closely with Marketing Managers.
  2. Champion development and delivery of major proposals and business development materials.
  3. Facilitate proposal delivery from research and kick-off to interview and close-out.
  4. Work with marketing and practitioners to lead pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals.
  5. Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ documents and develop compelling narratives that demonstrate the value proposition.
  6. Write non-technical portions of the proposal (cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, team qualifications, win themes).
  7. Contribute to and maintain CRM.
  8. Perform closeout activities ensuring lessons learned and debriefing process is initiated.
  9. Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual and written narrative.
  10. Facilitate award submissions and provide support with photography coordination when needed.

Requirements:

  3. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently and effectively.
  4. Confident and poised with strong interpersonal skills, passionate about quality and able to deliver in a high-performance environment, with multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
  5. Passionate about city building and design.
  6. University degree and 3-6 years of related experience.
  7. Experience working in the AEC industry.
  8. Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
