Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Farm Labour to join our team at P&S VanBerlo Limited. As a Farm Labour, you will be responsible for harvesting and washing, grading and packing crops in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harvesting and washing crops
  • Grading and packing crops
  • Working in a team to meet production targets
  • Performing manual tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Handling heavy loads and working in all weather conditions

Requirements:

  • Previous farm experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Driver's license and forklift operator license is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: days, evenings, and weekends, 7 days a week when required
  • On-call availability
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
