Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and competitive actions.
  • Develop expertise in the end-product industry through networking and research.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to provide innovative solutions for customer needs.

Internal Collaboration

  • Maintain regular communication with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist marketing in creating tools for launching new or improved products.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss key accounts and prioritize activities for growth.
  • Support internal teams as necessary.

Administrative Duties

  • Arrange travel as needed within the designated region.
  • Complete expense reports as required.
  • Promote the company's culture and values through personal conduct.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Five to ten years of sales experience in the industry, with a focus on technical expertise.
  • Established relationships within the industry are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into clients through collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales documentation.
  • Team-oriented with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to ethical professional conduct.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
