Job Summary:
Dynacare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Courier to join our Logistics team. As a Medical Courier, you will be responsible for the transportation of medical samples, reports, and supplies between our main laboratory, client offices, specimen collection centers, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport medical samples, reports, and supplies between designated locations.
- Operate a company vehicle, ensuring safety and security at all times.
- Use applicable software to record shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial driver/courier role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
