  • Ensure the hospitality Service Excellence program is followed in location, creating a positive professional relationship with guests and providing coaching to other employees to ensure the best possible guest experience.
  • Partner with the marketing team and operations manager to address guest feedback, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Act as Aramark's on-site cheerleader for hospitality-focused service excellence, regularly attending employee huddle meetings to promote Service Excellence and hospitality culture.
  • Work with the management team to plan, facilitate, and implement frequent guest and client engagement activities, creating and establishing best practices within the location.
  • Ensure all materials to guests, employees, and clients are hospitality-focused, with additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, supervised and unsupervised, with the ability to lift, push, pull min. 35 lbs.
