We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our civil construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of skilled professionals, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Your expertise in hardscape construction, equipment operation, and site preparation will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. With strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach, you will motivate your team to achieve their best and contribute to our mission of creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Lead a team of skilled professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
4. Oversee the use of machinery and equipment on-site, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
5. Troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Monitor attendance and ensure all team members are working together towards common goals.
8. Maintain tools and equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance.
9. Promote and enforce health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment.

Your Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of landscaping experience.
2. 3+ years of hands-on hardscape construction experience, including plan reading, concrete work, and elevations.
3. 3+ years of leading a crew and keeping projects on track.
4. Experience operating construction equipment, such as skid steers, backhoes, and mini excavators.
5. Knowledge of site preparation, including drainage, grading, and bed preparation.
6. Paving installation expertise.
7. A solid understanding of landscape construction best practices.
8. Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and prioritize tasks accordingly.
9. Valid G license.
