Job Title: Chief Executive Officer of Development and Production

Overview Motion Pictures Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer of Development and Production to lead our film and television production efforts.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer of Development and Production will be responsible for overseeing the financial, technical, and artistic aspects of our motion picture and television production company. This includes establishing objectives for the company, managing the plan, scope, and control of production stages, arranging financing, and managing distribution contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial, technical, and artistic aspects of the company
  • Establish objectives for the company in terms of film and television productions completed
  • Manage the plan, scope, and control of the various stages of producing a feature film or television production
  • Arrange the financing for film and television productions
  • Plan and control the budget for film and television productions
  • Manage and coordinate distribution contracts, production loans, and production business affairs
  • Liaise and communicate with entertainment attorneys, entertainment industry banks, and international motion picture distributors
  • Hire and supervise directors, production management, and crew personnel
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in performing arts, broadcasting, journalism, business administration, theatre production, or film studies
  • Experience in a technical or production occupation in motion pictures, broadcasting, or theatre
  • Demonstrated creative ability
  • Substantial experience in the motion picture and/or television production industries
  • General, non-coding experience with Artificial Intelligence applications
