Restaurant Operations Manager

At Heal Wellness, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain a positive work-life balance.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest protocols.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Leading/instructing individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
