We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Super Star to join our team at Archadeck, the leading design/build outdoor living company in Massachusetts. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with clients in their homes and in our showroom to understand their needs and desires for custom outdoor living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and preferences
  • Design and sell solutions that meet clients' residential needs within their budgets
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our design and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements:

  • Proven in-home sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of residential construction and design principles
  • Experience with CAD software or ability to learn
  • Maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from home or our showroom
