Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Solutions Expert Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing needs to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Supervise personnel clerks and provide guidance on filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
