Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chargé de Projet Événementiel Marketing et Communication en Alternance to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communication department, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing events, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event marketing and communication strategies to engage target audiences and promote our programs and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events, including logistics, marketing, and communication.
  • Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing and communication strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing and communication software, including social media management tools and content creation software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
