We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure best practices in patient care
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant
- Three years recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management settings
- Current valid BC Driver's License
