Job Overview:
This part-time Cleaner position is available at one of our residential buildings located in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.

Responsibilities:
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness by managing waste disposal, parking areas, amenity rooms, entrances, elevators, and other common spaces.
• Ensure lobbies, hallways, and mailboxes are well-maintained and organized.
• Monitor elevator functionality, cleanliness, and lighting, reporting any issues promptly.
• Identify and report repairs and maintenance needs, as well as inventory status to supervisors.
• Manage garbage disposal and cleaning of common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Enhance procedures and address requests to improve building operations.
• Foster positive relationships with residents through respectful interactions.

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in industrial, commercial, or hotel cleaning is required; strata experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00, depending on experience. As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Plan, promoting work-life balance and employee well-being.
