Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation rates, ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description

As a Math Instructor at Mathnasium, your primary responsibility will be to deliver individualized instruction to students using the Mathnasium Method. This will involve working collaboratively with team members to create a safe and professional learning environment, assessing student progress, and developing tailored lesson plans to meet the needs of each student.

You'll have the opportunity to work with students of various skill levels, from 2nd to 12th grade, and help them develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. Your role will also involve communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless collaboration between home and school.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a strong passion for math and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents
  • Show a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a willingness to adapt to new teaching methods and technologies
  • Have exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
