Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at JTS FOOD CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Accurate, organized, and team player with excellent communication skills.
