Nail Salon Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Manager to join our team at NAILS BY PHONG LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, identify human resources requirements, and human resource planning and development.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Spa.
